I would suggest to plan up some game activities instead of movie.
Reason:
1) Employees will take it very casual & your the motive will fail.
2) Time pass will be the output at the end of the day.
3) Movies are for entertainment & not for learning, this will be the attitude.
4) 99% of employees would have seen the movie which you are planning for the session, hence, they might fool around by cracking jokes & nuissance.Some might sleep.
If games are planned, then the activites can pump the energy level in employees to win & make the team win. Games are always preferred as they keep the trainees active. each member performs the role on behalf of his team to succeed.
