The ceiling for bonus eligibility of wages Rs 21000 is commence from April 2015 if I am not wrong. before it was 10000.
In that case my basic + DA for 2012-13 financial year was (4150 + 9775) which exceed limit which exceeds the limit of bonus at that time. Still I was being paid with 20% bonus at that time. So bonus was part of my CTC with fix payable structure of 20% from last 09 years. Also person who has left the organisation before me in this year has been paid with bonus on same criteria.
I think in case of conflict, from all of the above I should have valid claim to get my rightful share.
Please suggest ?

As per bonus act ceiling of 21000 is applicable from April 2015 if I am not wrong. before it was 10000. In 2013 my Basic + DA (4150 + 9775) which surely exceed the limit at that time. But I was been paid 20% bonus on Basic + DA per month for that financial year and given to us in Diwali and term it as bonus. Likewise I had been paid for last nine years. Hence term bonus was part of our CTC and nothing to do with profit / profitability of organisation. Now the scene is that colleges of my grade who are in organisation and who left the organisation has been paid with bonus on same bases as stated above. Can policy of organisation deviates from person to person is it possible.
Look at it please suggest what should be my stand to claim my rightful share from my previous employer.
