If you have already hired a lawyer and he has suggested you what to do, I guesss no point wasting everyone's time here.
FIghting, well I dont deny your right to fight, but the consequences are odd.
Secondly, if I would be paid for each session, I might give you different suggestions different time, but I am trying to show you the real outcome (in most cases)
It is a different thing that if you have a strong lawyer, you can prove the wrong things also right (especially in the Indian system)
