As a learning professional, I need to understand what can be the legal consequences and I'm not biased towards the employee.
I totally agree with Nath Rao Sir and Prabhat Ranjan Mohanty Sir. We have started the procedure to fill up the regular vacancy ASAP. That seems to be the only possible solution as we cannot prove that the post doesn't exist.
