Can i know more details abt the istd couse as am planning to do it. How is the exam and how are the pares as am married and am planning to do the course so will i be able to cope up with the schedule...and studies...anything you feel i should know.

I am a trainer...I have enrolled for ISTD course this time...I have taken this decision after speaking to few trainers as well as training experts working with various organizations(even MNCs)...
It seems likes a good one..
The concern regarding the interactive sessions is genuine...
Let me know if you come across any 'interactive' Train the Trainer programmes in India....

I'm new to ths forum. ISTD is a very good option for some one who want to make a carrier in T & D. This is the only Govt. Institute providing ths oppertunity. n if u will visit to the site u can find that they r providing the job placements also in the same field. I'm handling the profile of training. ths time i ve enrolled for the same as my senior manager has advised me to do this. So no doubt you can have trust on ths institute.

dear vera, PG Dip in T&D certainly horns your training competency especiolly when u want to throw your hat in the training ring. How ever, MBAs with HR specialization need not study this again.
