so on 75000 deduct 10% as total tax including tax deducted earlier. for 2.5 you would have deducted 10% of 50000 ie 5000, deduct another 2500 of the 25000 he gets.

As per my knoweldge Bonus is one time payment so after considering the taxable income on salaries, we need to include this additional payments as taxable as per emp eligible income tax slabs.
