In the top Blue Bar click on the My Account then from the drop down menu click on the "My Subscribed Discussion".
Then you can see all the threads whatever you have started and whatever threads you have replied too.
This is the easy way to see all the threads replied by you from very beginning of your Cite HR Registration as Member.
