#Anilskoda No. The incentive is not applicable for PF as it is calculated on Basic+DA. But ESI is applicable on incentive as it is calculated on gross salary.

If any employee's Gross Salary is 18000/- and Basic is 12400/- + HRA and other Allownce is 5600 + Variable Pay Rs. 100 to 15000 depending upon performance and target achievements. Suppose he gets an incentive 8000 in April 2024. So, How much are PF detection and ESIC deductions?
