It is not to blame you that, you have done something wrong. If it is copied or recreated then gently accept the fact, it has been recreated. But if I see the original content in sumi's post, the wordings and content everything is same except the dates. Even sumi accepted in his post that he got it somewhere in the internet and as it is related to HR, he has posted it in this forum.
Either you would have copied the same content, or else you would have seen this post somewhere else.
Anyhow keep up the good work.
