Firstly, be clear whether the incident is your's or your friend. From your posting, it seems the "friend"is you only. Secondly, I fail to understand that if your friend is a fresher and there are few/no employees in the organization, why the management is so desperate to take your sign in te non-disclosure agreement. In my 10 years experience, I have never seen management running after a fresher to get a document sign.
However, if the case be so,then don't worry. As per the law, no one can force you to work or stay in a company against your wish. Just send a notice to the employer from the labour law office and everything will come on track.
