DOJ can not be missing, but the employees who worked before 2014 june and left service, their records may show it missing, but in such case the alloted UAN number also remain with employer only, and employee can not get it without communication of employer.
in such case form 5 and 10 is needed from the concerned employer, alternate way submission of joint declaration from employee and employer would work
last option is
file manual form 13 with own calculative DOJ & DOE duly signed by present employer for transfer, now the department will ask the previous employer to confirm it, on the other side they can also call the member to produce the source of such dates available
better option is to get it rectified with help with previous employer
