Brother! 90%. It is a good percentage indeed. To my intuition, any review of company policy can not contain the tide. regards

Hi,
Iam shocked to see this practice in a reputed Indian Company though many MNCs already practicing it.
My doubt is can a Company introduce Allowances for its employees without the knowledge of a CEO??? moreover can it be done without the involvement of HR department??? and most important Are employees utilizing Allowances genuinely???
Companies are considering Dating Allowances as a Motivational factor but to what extent they are right ??Are they benefitting their Manpower in any manner?? Instead they are spoiling the entire work culture by encouraging them. In my opinion Companies need not involve in the Personal issues of its employees unless it is affecting the organizational growth.Let there be Gap between Personal and Professional life.On the other hand Iam worried about the future of our Indian Culture??

Hi every body,
Why not think of employing married couple in the same company and extemd the working hours of the family as a whole..make the life of the families simpler by way of following acts:
Having food courts in the work place
Baby care centre within the working premise
Allowing mothers and fathers to visit their children every 3-4 hours for about 15-20 min
Having tutorials for children within the work premises
Yoga Centres
All and many more such measures would increase commitment towards family and which would in turn increase EI in the organization..Work place should be more homely..
Negativities of DV Act and dating are manifestations of mental dissatisfactions of the employees ..and they tend to take shelter under something else..let us imbibe and portray the glorious indian culture!!
These are some thoughts which occurred to me istantaneously ...which i thought of sharing with you all!
Thansks & regards

Hi Perumal,
Really ur inputs are very nice and i think that it will work out in future. I also favour to hire the couple but not in same department in the same premises. Department must be different. and one more thing that couple should not be junior and senior to each other in reporting system.

Dear All,
This is a stupid complaint.
Employee can use dating allowance to take his wife or sister or even monther out for Dinner etc. Similarly, an employee can misuse HRA to accomodate his girl friend. Medical Allowance to pay bills of his girlfriend. Then what happens DV Act will be again
applicable ??
In India anything is possible.
