In regard to typing i accept your concern MR Bhaskar but to let you know if we can type on app while using FACEBOOK for updates, if we can use TWITTER speedy than why we cant use CiteHR. Keypad remain the same no matter we are using Mobile Browser for using CiteHR and another website or using Social sites by Apps.
Now i again would like to request you and other user to use Mobile Browser for few days as much as they can and let us know the difference of their typing skills with Social Site and CiteHR.
This is just a recognition of something or what we wanna accept or not. About me, if i am able to type while blogging, and using FB/Myspace/LinkedIn, am able to type while replying on CiteHR or with other websites. And i do accept this.
We also were using Mobile Browser before app, like being an old user of Mysapce and Facebook, I was using by Mobile Browser for the same but today i am using Apps, and difference what i found is that App is more easy to use but it still are not like we can use via browsing.
Let me give you an example that you all can use.
Just try to change your FB Profile or any other settings by Mobile App and let me know what it says and going to put you through. This gonna put you on Mobile Browser to get this work done. Now you can understand what im intended to say here.
Lastly, there big difference that everyone noticed while using an App and Mobile Browser are View, slow speed of working, quick updates but still typing or say keypad of a mobile remain the same that help us to use CiteHR (By Mobile Browser)
and Facebook/Twitter (By Apps)

Greetings all. This is my firs post here eve though I have been a member since quite some time.
The forum sems to be in a lot of confusion and misgivings about mobile apps as well as the extent to which mobility has penetrated in Professional and Business space. Allow me to elucidate.
1. Yes cite HR is accessible with most of the medium and high end phone browsers including Symbian, Android, iOS and Blackberry however a flsh enabled browser is better. It starts from Nokia E & N-Series and medium level Androids.
2. A mobile app is definitely beneficial and in these days of 4inch plus screens and cloud computing the talk of heavy downloads etc are irrelevant. Instead of any more arguments on this I suggest the site administrators watch the Mindtools android app.
3. The mobile app is but the optimization of the cite content on a smaller mobile screen and making an android app is NOT that costly. At th emost it may be made a paid app with a reasonable price(25-50 Rupees) on the android market.
It would greatly enhance the appeal and usage of this forum if mobile apps for android and Blackberry are created starting with android which is th emost popular platform as of now.
Of curse it needs more of willingness than funds.
No offense meant towards anybody and if I have sounded audacious I beg the pardon of the members...
Warm Regards
P.S.: I am not a software professional however am passionate to the limit of being geeky about everything and anything in computers and mobile OSs(Operating Systems) , hence I am sure of what I submit..

Andriod App is a gud idea, as on weekends or any issues i use Cell browser to link to this cite... but implementing this will needs too much funds & proper maintenance of the sites, which includes many more things to take care off.. like hacking, server response, slowness, multiple login etcccc...
and their are many people having cell not supporting apps.. so website surfing is ok for themm...also here we can easily track the user IP incase of weird or bad replies n comments.. .... i donot think much user use citehr on cell.. as all would love to use it on Web instead...
SID - we should start a Poll to see the count of people demanding for this app :)
