We can only educate people but we can't change them. I am giving you the BEST EXAMPLE of mine....I am working for a BIG GROUP where we have 70000 employees spread across in GCC(Gulf Co-operative Council), SRILANKA, YEMEN and INDIA. We know how much difficulties we are facing to train our staff having decades of experience.
TOO MANY RESTRICTIONS WILL CREATE TOO MANY PROBLEMS.
SYSTEMATIC PROCEDURES CAN BE IMPLEMENTED by making necessary modification's in this website. But, we can't expect everyone to be MATURED, SMART, TALENTED, PERFECT(everyone is striving hard to become perfect.....its a very long process) etc the way we are........IT TAKES TIME FOR EVERY ONE TO LEARN SOMETHING.....
CERTAIN THINGS CANNOT BE CHANGED AT ALL. WE ONLY NEED TO CHANGE OURSELVES..

All worthwhile online forums work effectively only if discipline can be imposed and prevent people from mucking up threads or posting wrongly. Else people will not find it worthwhile to spend time on the site. It does not happen overnight but across a period. I have seen it happen to other sites also.
Ofcourse, i do know whether CiteHR has permanent manpower to enforce things or how long volunteer moderators will bother, etc. I am hoping that they will be able to introduce further discipline, which is why i put the post.
By the way, just putting in capitals does not convince anyone that you are right or make for better reading.

I or any of the senior CITEHR members, never assumed that we'll try to convince or we'll convince anybody. Its not our job neither i am paid for it. Every one is posting their suggestions/views/opinions, so i did, we all did and you as well. But as a BEHAVIOUR SPECIALIST.....i can read your mind which sounds different by your tone of writing because certain things i understand beyond my own limits.
