I have taken a quick look at the MBA dissertation attached. I am sorry to state that the standard of citation and referencing does not even meet the requirements for an undergraduate degree in the UK. For example, the second paragraph on Chi-Square test is a copy and paste job from IBM SPSS Statistics and it has not been acknowledged. The literature survey is very poor and so is the methodology section. For example, there is no mention of how the sample for the study was chosen "Sampling plan

Out of 211 employees give study for only taking for 125 employees."

In the anlysis section, I found these statements.

"Ho is rejected.

Inference:

There is no significant different between gender and promotion ". This cannot be right, as "Ho: there is no significant different between gender and promotion."

"ANALYSIS OF OPIONION REGARDING TO JOB EXPERIENCE AND LEAVE WITH PRIOR PERMISSION

(USING CHI-SQUARE TEST)

Ho: there is no significant different between Motivation and promotion

H1: there is significant different between Motivation and promotion"

Certainly there is a mismatch between the heading and hypotheses.

Suggestions and recommendations are too general and do not evaluate the cost involved or five any indication of how they should be implemented.

I am of the view that we should not upload projects of poor standard and also not give complete project reports to students. I have come across students submitting someone else's project as their own to get the degree. Sometimes they are caught and pay a heavy penalty (Not awarded the degree).

Another piece of advice: we should remove the name of the organisation in which the study was conducted, unless the organisation has agreed that the report could be put on the web.
