I would agree with some but along with the vision of your business I think one should contruct a business plan when starting a business, that could be done by including your aim and objective of the business, the money you have to invest into itwhich you have to remember that some should be saved up for any purpose of the business and then how much you would expect to be the profit initially during the first few months of the start peroid of the business. this would include the negative and profits made. I hope this made sense because I have tried to
conduct a process that would help my business become successful. It did for the years that it was open, but then i decided to close it when i was moving out of the country.

The easiest way to start business with Money and without experience is as follows:
1) Find Someone with Experience and start the business with your Money.
2) After some time the person with Experience will have all the Money and you will have all the Experience!!!
3) Now since you have the Experience and No Money, Find someone with Money and offer your Experience
4) Now since you have the Experience, its your turn to have all the Money and give the Experience to the other person.......and so on and so forth
life goes on and on.......................rgrds

First of all I thank all of you.
Coming to the point , we all wants to do business but the biggest problem for any start up is investment. And the only solution for startup business is investment. Some one has also pointed about the Bank Loan. Here the problem is do really bank provide loans to startups. Banks ask for collateral security for financing. Private financer will charge huge rate of interest too. Project financing bank does here again the complicated terms and conditions makes the start up business unhealthy. Apart from all legal procedure.
Bank finance is easily available if the start up has 3 years IT return, Current account Bank Statement, and the cash flow of your business.
This is a competitive world, if you just see local newspaper ads and do some google search you'll see many part times jobs available across the world as Outsourcing has come up. Domestic as well as International both outsource some thing , but my question is
What is the Genuinity ?
how many of us have ever tried to understand the process ?
Do we really understand the market?
What are the chances that we will not be a victim of fraud?
What business you should do? According to me I would divide business in two parts Marketing and Operation. Both are different but very much dependent on each other.
A single person can do both but in that case his business will expand late and some entrants will enter the market and grab the client as in globalized world monopoly market is enjoyed by Railway of India ( After Reliance entered it will also be no longer a monopoly) I will choose only that business where I see long term benefit is there and accordingly I'll plan my short term, medium term and long term plans.
I never treat my competitors as a competitor , in fact I try to plan out some thing where I work along with the competitor and share the revenue . It is better to have something then losing the business hoping to grab the full order. We need to understand our limitations too. Even MNCs they enter into joint venture as they understand their limitations and utilize others talent. It must be win win situation for all.
An enterprenure must have knowledge of marketing , sales, Operations, accounts etc . In practical situation when you have desire to grow you need to hand over the responsibility to the other person who is expert in that field. Once you are in team you know what you have to deliver and being in team you maximum chances are there you achieve your goals at lesser time.
I have some business offers related to HR recruitment, Payroll Management , Corporate & Institutional Training Services , Licensed Software , Web services etc. But my condition is I work only with people who are professional focused and committed for long term association.
If you are interested then do send me a Private email. I'll get back to you.
