Learned Members i wish to brought your kind notice to this forum is I was vexed with the style of working Govt. Employees permanent nature.
For example
The Asst. Labour officer post in A. P. And Telangana states have now no work to do. All previous work nature are on line.. Registration of shops and Estts..
Collection of welfare fund inspections Sunday night holiday visits on closure of shops .. Everything were abolished in inspection free Raj system as per central govt norms.
Only nominal inspeco on childlabour.
As they have no work to do even identification and raid of estt. Also didn't do by them.
They come to office and go personal works business and threats innocent employers for bribes etc.
Moreover another post Asst. Commissioner of Labour for social Security schemes promotional officer has no work entrusted.
Mere waste of public money in the labourdept by crazy prolonging the above posts.
I suggest abolish labour dept and merge them into Industries dept.
Nominal Authority court may run at district level.
No one hears. That's why I suggest contract system in govt and public sectors to stop watage of public money in paying salaries without any work at all
