Hi All,
I am trying to update Aadhar number of employee or nominees but it is showing me error that "Plz enter 12 or fewer character", even i am entering only 12 digit aadhar number. Plz help me i am unable to update Aadhar Number.
I tried by using mozilla and internet explorer too please help me out

avoid updation work during the ECR /Challan period, it generates undue traffic on the server. use mozilla , and try after 4 pm , it works fine
why cant i update employee details in esic,,,when i press the radio button a new window has to come for updating the details but not appearing,, any add-ons are to be added or what can anyone please help me

Dear All, If in Mozilla Firefox ESIC site member details not updated please do below details: Uninstall Mozilla Firefox and restart the Computer, then reinstall Mozilla Firefox. it’s working

If your Mozilla is not functioning well, follow this procedure:
Remove Mozilla completely from your coputer. Reload Mozilla vertion 42 or lower in offline mode. Remove auto update in option. Remove popup blocker. Then switch on internet. Your radio buttons of edi employee details will be activated.

Try Firefox 3 or 3.5. Do not update in case you are using Firefox for ESIC IP details update. Or try any other browser in its older versions only.
