Dear All,
Next volunteers meet scheduled for 11th June 2008, Wednesday at Hotel Airlines. I need the confirmation for this meet from all volunteers who wants to participate. Because the assignments given to the volunteers to be completed by today and final review will be on tomorrow's meet. There will no meeting on 18th June 08, however, from 23rd onwards till 27th volunteers have to meet on alternate days to review and complete assignments which are left over in arranging the HR event.

What kind of venue are u looking for?? A banquet hall or a restaurant or what exactly is it?? And for hw many would that be??Or the catering can also be taken.

Nice talking to you. As discussed, do let me know the location for the event. If it is centrally located then it will be convenient to everyone to reach there. Call me once you get the right venue. It is little bit urgent, as we need to confirm our booking where we blocked the venue as of now.
