I use 300 movie in my leadership programmes. The movie is about 300 Spartans defending Sparta against Persian invasion (which had over 10,000 soldiers).300 is a fantasy tale based on the Battle of Thermophylae in which 300 Spartans led by the fierce King Leonidas made a heroic stand against the overwhelming Persian army commanded by Xerxes.
I suggest you conduct a debriefing session after the movie, where the participants can be asked to make a presentation on the learning from the movie, especially on what they would be doing in future to inspire their team to achieve the goals/targets of the department/organization.

A couple of English-speaking ones for you...
Twelve O'Clock High - very old (Gregory Peck) but very good at how to re-motivate a demoralised team.
Apollo 13 - the scenes featuring the Flight Controller taking charge of the rescue planning once the landing has been aborted - to the point, clear objectives and decisive decision-making

I agree with you All the movies do have a certain piece of message, much depends how you interpret/ help the trainees to interpret, what is your objective, the choice of movie, section, scene is subject to what you want to achieve.
The partition of the nation has been interpreted and used for the benefit of propogation of personal ideologies of diffent sects/ groups/parties in diffent ways and withe different intensities.
The nuances of the objectives could be
Change Management, Establishment of procedures/ discipline, Setting up of new enoirnment, Building/ motivating a team, team disputes many many more, ........
