Very true. When we react instantaneously to any provocation, and later we realise that the reaction was totally inappropriate. It is almost always necessary that we lean back and take time to realise the situation and try to think on the alternatives. Surely very interesting post.

Take time,keep your mind relaxed.Give some time to get things settled.
Time is the best healer.
In tension you never find a solution.The problem what we find in pressure is that we dont catch the root cause of the problem,and we search every where apart from the root for the answer.
By keeping a patient mind we always get solutions.

I was always taught to count to 10 slowly when angry. Being somewhat short tempered and never one to suffer fools gladly, I never paid much serious attention to this advice. But the few times I did, it had a calming affect on my mind.
