I had the opportunity to meet and discuss various occasions with Dr T V Rao, Dr Udai Pareek who are considered to be the father of HR and Bhishmacharya of HR respectively. One more veteran was late Prof.Ravi Mathai(the first Director IIMA). Thanks a lot for the posting.

As per my best knowledge that the father of HR is only Mr Russy Modi, He is the man who adopt precitcally HR in TATA STEEL and I can also add that our Lete Prime Minister Smt. Indra Gandhi inducted Ministery of HRD and first Cabnit Minister was Sh PV N Rao (letter he was also prime minister of India)
