Industrial Disputes of central government undertakings are within the jurisdiction of Central Government Industrial Tribunals (C.G.I.T). Hence, labour court took the cognizance of the case which has given order in favour of Mr.Ramran. At present, he is party in person before the High Court (No Advocate on behalf of him). Even though he had advocate earlier, now he choose to argue himself. Fortunate or Unfortunate the proceedings are happening at a snail's pace.
As advised by the members, have hope and wait for the end result.

Dear Mr. A. S. Bhat; I am not an expert but a victim of JUDICIAL KILLING. I am a dead man whose all families have been killed in front of my own eyes and I could not do anything. I have been kept captive in the dark room since 12 years. Not seen the color of this world since 12 years.
However, responding to the present case, I would suggest to share and record MAN KI BAAT at 1800117800. He is the right person and has 2/3rd majority to bring JUDICIAL REFORM.
Coming to the technical part of the case I have gone through the Orders of the case and enclosing the same. Case is not not under REGULAR list. Listed for hearing on 29.03.2017 at the end of the board.
So at this stage, he can not go to the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court for urgent hearing on the ground of 'Life and Liberty'. His door is open not closed.
However, in my case door of CJI was closed illegally.
I would suggest follow Raghavendra, he is right expert.

You are free to file number of cases. But the main question is end result??? Your life expectancy? Please try to understand the nexus of Judiciary, Executives & Legislatures. I have gone through your all orders. Same Deepa Sharma was happen to your Judge at some point of time against whom I had filed RTI and SLP for stopping the whole court proceedings and generating wrong order sheet on 30.05.2011 at Dwarka Court at New Delhi.
Ironically, the same corrupt Judge is being elevated to Delhi High Court.
Therefor the solution is Judicial Reforms. That is why I urged you to record your message with Man Ki Baat because the present Govt has absolute majority to bring judicial reforms. It was open till 21st. Now second time you can record it.
At the present judicial system, Citizen has only two option viz. "EITHER DO OR DIE" .
Either you shoot yourself or to shoot others. If you cannot do either of the two then keep writing and filing cases till death.
I am saying the above with firm responsibility be causing I am travelling in the worst boat than you.
You are permanent employee, even after your death, your family will get all dues. But in my cases LIFE is suspended.
