I am working in an international company that is creating a branch in one of the developping countries. I need to find a specific expenses form that can be used as an invoice.
as you may know already in the developping countries is quite difficult to get an invoice, especially for minor expenses like taxi fares or small food and beverage purchases.
could you please help me with a template or just simply inform me of what kind of information this "purchase voucher" must have to be considered a legal proof?
