Dear all,
We know safety is everyones responsibility. It needs team work of Workers, Employees, Monitoring personnel and management. The team members should be competant and should aware of all possible hazards. If any one voilate the rules or any one not a competant the entire system will collaps.
The attached video describes this fundamental. Assume the 4 guys in the video as members of the team and the Animal shown in the video as Hazard.
I have been using this clip in my Behavioural Based Training sessions. Hope this will be useful to all.
