regarding your gail placement paper,i thing they will manage the paper with the source from hrm,organisational behavior,industrial relation, labor laws and some part from marketing.
i have download the matter of hrm(vsp rao),marketing(kotler).
from the general awareness area i got help from examjunction.blogspot.com.
at this website,you can get all the general awareness study material,which was asked from the past placement paper,also can get present study material.
i want to ask you is there be quantitative,reasoning section in the forthcoming exam ?

Probably the question will be asked on Human resource function, starts from Recruitment and selection, compensation, training, labour law, industrial relation,performance appraisal...
difficult and more deep question will be from IR/Labour law..
about general awareness I don't know much......
