Hi All
The Chennai meet was a Big Success and a wonderful start,
We Chennaites HR Sangamam are realy thankful to CiteHR for giving us this oppurtunity. It was a wonderful feeling for all of us,
The event started of with a Prayer song by Gayathri,Gunalakshmi and Uma Maheshwari.
Followed by self intoduction of every member, We had a few friends from other industries aswell, they shared a lot of ideas and views pertaining to HR related topics.
The very interesting part was that we had Mr. Ravichandran and Mr.Senthilraj who are Seniors in the HR industry and two juniors Balamurugan and Lakshmi pursuing MBA HR. The Seniors shared their experience and guided us in further proceedings .
We discussed on various issues like Recruitment, Attrition, updates in the HR world, We had lots of fun and it was a very memorable event for all of us. Everyones efforts made this event a big success and a wonderful platform to share knowledge, learn and grow together.
Thanks to Mr.Senthilraj who had come from Delhi and participated in the meet.
We all decided to have a meet once in six weeks. The date for our next meet wud be announced soon.
Thanks to Raghav and Asha who took efforts in finalising the venue,
We are highly confident that Chennaites HR Sangamam will be a best place for learning and Sharing our Knowledge.
We ended the days meet after the National Anthem.
