Wanted to understand from the group, the guidelines for giving compensatory off / leave.
1 - Number of compensatory leave one can avail in a month.
2 - How many compensatory leave can be carry forwarded to next month.
3 - How many compensatory leaves can be accumalated.
4 - Will be thankful if some one can share any policy on the same.

Good Day Seniors,
I have a doubt about the Compensatory Off. Kindly clarify in details to my mail id .
1. one of our employee takes leave in week days and he works on sunday or any declared holiday to compensate this.
2. while doing so, how this will be treated in records.
a) whether it will be treated as normal working day?
b) whether this will affect Bonus, Terminal benefit etc. while working for elegibility.
Kindly clarify this.
