The PPT is not only good...I shall say it is proven by me. I am practicing these principles for a good time and it really keeps the stress level low and more moments of happiness....
Most of the time we do not take a deeper look of happiness in our life. We are more keen to get immediate result...that creates a lot od turbulance..
