I do not know about local vendors in B'lore, but the global ones are Zicom, Bioenable, Honeywell, etc... Also, if your organisation isnt too big (less than 150 to 500, & with a low turn over of employees i.e low attrition), you may try the biometric access control devices as they eliminate any proxies by use of cards, and are cost effective also as they use finger print technology for access control.
Also, I found the following in the yellow pages, you can try these...
1) Athni Systems
Manufacturers & exporters of RFID, time recorders, ID cards & other access control systems & products.
