Introducing music is the finest things Organisations can do ...
What we had in our Unit ..
We would play music a little before office starts till sometime after office then in lunch hours and a little before office is about to end..
that stimulated minds of people in working actively ....
There is another which i can suggest you is to go instrumentals ..they do create a smooth ambience ..and effectiveness that u want to have it happen in ur office ..there are various instrumentals u can get from Planet M or musical stores (u can try them them before buying)..
But dont keep music on for entire ..Otherwise it will vanish the Impact that you are actually trying to get in..

You all can also try out the means of Ragas that hav a vry important impact in ppl's life from rig vedic age.

My pleasure....since raagas are a part of Vedic management that i m researching upon currently, could u please share the experience of using it in your organisation...it will help me immensely.
And more than just using the names of the ragaas that are on the site....ie for mornng evning etc.......hear it out in peace and tranquility and see if it helps create a desired effect....then u'll get the immense benifit that it is supposed to have.
