Dear Sir,
you please fill the Form 13(R) and take the previous managment authorised signatory from the concern department for transfer your PF Account. If the sign is not available for you anthore option also is there you may take the sighn form local guzitted officer and submit the same in local PF Office.

I am kiran working in one of the logistics company as a management trainee- HR. Previously when i was in M.B.A i dont know anything about payroll but after coming here i learned a lot but, there is no correct trainer to me to know completely about this. If u don't mine can u pls give some explanation about each of the form u have posted for example- Form-13 Transfer of PF ( when an employee changes the organisation he can use this form for transfering the amount by that new company to this account) like this.
