Hi, I joined MNC 21.5 months ago (with a period of 23.5 months). At the time of my joining, I had 8 years of experience in the relevant field. As per my contract, which was signed 24 months before, 25% of the training cost I had to pay to the company to get relieved. However, I am not attending any training as they estimated in the contract.
