Dear Sir, One of the case studies for your valuable advice, please.

"A company hired experienced officials by tempting growing situation, awards etc. By the time, they were also encouraged and included in permanent employment.
Later, the company's market orders dwindled, and the salary burden was seen to be unbearable, so a secret plan was devised to cut down major manpower costs.
Accordingly, senior associates with higher salaries started getting informal treatment and unethical psychological harassment. Tired of the Psychological pressure, seniors gradually started departing. At the time of resignation, it was decided to relieve them as per the request to the management. Management was supposed to utilize the clause of Waiving off the extra-long notice period. But the Management took adverse action. Thus, the previous full year's bonus was deducted with coercion. Every employee unwillingly but accepted & signed the consent because they wanted to have good exit repo. But now, what can be done if the employee wants the bonus amount of the last full year?"

Your suggestions / advice requested.

Rajesh
