Hey Members,
I received a job offer from a company and accepted it. The joining date is set for September 9th. My notice period is 60 days, which the new company's HR was aware of. Initially, they considered buying out my notice period but decided against it and set the joining date as September 9th. After accepting the offer, I resigned from my current company and requested an early release to take some personal time off and spend with my family. My current company agreed, and my release date is now August 9th. Should I inform the HR of the new company about my early release? I hope the new company won't be against me taking some time off.
