Hi, my pf transfer claim is rejected with the reason
Reason: IN PREVIOUS ESTT BOTH SHARE ARE UNEQUAL PLS CONFIRM EPS ELIGIBILITY OF PREVIOUS ESTT
Why it got rejected and what I need to do?
I joined after 1sep 2014 and my basic were more than 15k.
My first company didn't contribute to EPS while my second company started contributing it.

The second company has committed an error by contributing to Pension Fund. Now you can transfer the PF only if they correct their contributions and request to transfer the contributions made by them to Pension Fund to your Provident Fund. This can be easily done at the EPF Office itself on the basic of your request to do so, but they will not do anything because now a days they work as per Law, and the basic objective of EPFO has changed from employee benefits to "reject the claims and make money".
