I took VRS from PSU1 in 2002. I joined PSU2 in 2007, disclosing my previous VRS.
Based on letters from PSU1, I was issued a charge sheet and dismissed from PSU2 in 2013.
I succeeded in the High Court but lost in appeal.
I approached CAT against PSU1 IN 2016, and CAT quashed the claim of PSU1 IN 2024.
Now, can I ask PSU2 to conduct a fresh enquiry as two of the three charges in the charge sheet have disappeared with the verdict of CAT?
