Since you are registered as a private limited company you are a separate company for all legal purposes. As stated you are an electrical service providing company, it appears no 'manufacturing activity' as defined in the Factories Act 1948 is taking place there, so it will not be applicable. But you are an Establishment and have to be registered under the Kerala Shops & Establishment Act 1960, and follow its provisions. As per the strength examine the applicability of statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, etc.
