I am seeking advice from H.R FRATERNITY THAT , we have one company suppose -A and two branch north zone and east zone

As per management instruction we exited our north zone employee from epf accouts and wanted to rejoin in east zone

now what are the benifit affect to the employee , on discontinuity of service

we have exited in the month of september -2023 contribution was going on and in the month of april we approved for exit
previously it was showing in active members list .

kindly suggest

The reason such exiting is not clear. Moreover, if this is one and the same organisation why did you have separate PF Codes? Normally, there can be sub codes for each branch under each regional office of the EPFO but under one establishment there is no possibility of having different PF codes.

by leaving one establishment and then joining in another establishment the employee will not lose any benefits. If you had exited the employees from one PF code in Sept 2022( I presume 2023 is typo error), say 30th Sept, and enrolled them under the other EPF Code on 1st October 2022, then there will be no NCP days and it will no way affect the employee. Between your company and the employee whatever is agreed is different.

Again after exiting them in Sept 2022, why did you wait till April 2023 to approve it?
