Hello, We have one small firm, one of my friends working overseas, and their company needs some manpower, so can we agree to send manpower to that country?
Our firm is IT export services, we have IEC for export-Services.
so, the requirement is
1. first we will hire some employees on our payroll.
2. we move this employee abroad, approx 6/12 months.
3. he will come back and work from our office.
In this scenario, which licenses we should get?
