What is the trending HR audit certification that I can opt-in India? Getting HR audit certification from which firm carries value? What will be the approximate fee for it?

There is no such certified agency for HR Audit. It is not a statutory audit.
You should search for such agency who is well qualified preferably an advocate practising in Labour Laws or having wide exposure to HR systems.
