Hi, Please help me understand that what can be done through an HR Person in the below described scenario. A person has worked with the same company from January 2011 to May 2011 & again from Feb 2012 to June 2012. He joined another Organization afterwards & now wants to know if he should withdraw the PF amount of this Organization or transfer both the accounts to his current company. Please suggest the further actions.
