Dear Seniors,

As per the Supreme Court judgment, what is the procedure for calculating 8.33% (Pension Amount)? If PF is deducted on Rs. 15,000/-, i.e., Rs. 1,800/-, then what is the pensionable salary for 8.33%? Is it Rs. 15,000/- or Rs. 6,500/-?

Kindly advise.
