It is an expert's job.you need to rope in an expert on UK culture and communication skills because one should be careful in making gestures and gesticulations as they have different meanings in different cultures.Similarly, one should be familiar with the ways of greeting people in a different culture and other manners and etiquette.Similarly communication styles differ from culture to culture. To enable the employees to grasp these subtle details, peculiar to a culture, you need an expert. There must be institutes in your city teaching these and select one after getting a feed back about them.

Hi, Am a soft skill trainer and also a HR professional, now retired. I have developed modules for many soft skill topics and on topics, which are not soft skills as well. For instance, I did a training on Technical Report Writing for employees of Gulf Extrusions, Dubai. I have developed and trained Indian employees on Cross Cultural Communication... removing barriers to doing businesses. I can conduct a training for your employees. It will be a two day training. If interested, contact me.
Next month, I will be away in Doha, Qatar for one full month for HR audit of a leading logistics firm there. I can do a programme for you in February. Please let me know. This module for UK culture need to be customised, based on the specific issues, if any, affecting the culture and employees.
Best wishes
