HI Payel, First of all u need to show your previous records in educational society. Then you can easily get a chance to start a NSDC or ant relevant society.
Go and meeet with any of your area NGO firm or having the same society he will suggest you to how u can get all that things.
Better if u can apply for sub franchisee of a running firm. Rest 1 year u can run the same.
