I am unable to update employees family details, Aadhar details in ESIC website. (Mozilla Firefox browser)
Actually that radio button is not working. If we click on that next window doesn't open.
And also i tried in Internet explorer the radio button will show next window, then we enter Aadhar number, it show "You must enter text with 12 or fewer characters". We tried in different days and different timings (Evening, afternoon, late night). But no use. And also i asked to my IT person, he said it is website problem.
please tell how to update family details. One of our employees required updated TIC form for getting medical benefits through ESIC. Help me....

In mozilla goto tools option then trouble shooting then reset firefox.
firefox will refresh.
when u will open esic website then it will ask for security confirmation click advanced and confirm security option.
login on esic portal and open update family member...the web site will ask for allow pop .....finally done u can add member. till u dodnt close the browser..........

"login on esic portal and open update family member." -- Here only I am facing problem. As you said i did everything. But again same issue. it is not open Family details. Means those radio buttons not open yet... If any screen shots is their please send it...

Dear Sir, please check for pop up blocker after the above process......it should work.....i have done many many times using above method
Dear Sir While doing the updation of family member , it shows twice in details with wrong adhar no, tried for lot of time but double adhar no showing in list after save. Please help

I have same problem in Mozilla firebox browser but when I login into internet explorer all detail in ESIC is Editable, So I suggest you once try in to Internet explorer browser.

I have also tried number of times on morzilla but I was not able to update. Then I logged in from internet explorer and I was able to update it.

I got solution for the above query which was posted by me.
The solution is: Use Mozilla Firefox 42.0 Version. Then it is working fine. In this version we can easily edit our family details. (Me only tried by installing old version)

I loggd in through Internet Explorer. Instead of going to the esic portal , I got a message which reads as "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely. This website contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection which could compromise the securityof the entire webpage." How to solve this problem?
