I would like to know what are the conditions of ESIC to be eligible to claim reimbursement of medical expenses of dependent of employee in case of the first employment of employee. I have come to know that employee is unable to claim reimbursement of expenses on dependent within 6 months of his first employment. Can anyone please clarify it to me?
