I have a point to share with you all and wanted to know more information about if any. kindly share your thoughts on this.
Guys..... there are thousands of job openings for normal people and number of platforms to apply n get a job.
but there are some deaf & mute candidates with differently able/ challenged/ IT trained/ data entry trained/ finance process associates/ BPO trained.
is there any special platform for ?
where should do they apply for jobs.
whom should do they contact.
is there any such recruitment consultancy working in this area.
does anybody help in this group to get employment?
It is very difficult to complete their 3 yrs Diploma,few of our so called MNC companies rejecting them by asking for 10 +2+3 =15 yrs of education.
when even they do not hear properly how do they complete their graduation?
I know there are few NGO/ recruitment consultancies, who are making money by sending these kind of candidates on contract basis for 1 year or 2 years, but after the contract period these helpless candidates are been throwing out without any mercy on them.
