Dear Senior,
we have ESIC Code for ahmedabad and we have another one branch at chennai. as per recent notification by government our chennai is also covered under ESIC act. But main thing is as per revised ESIC wage ceiling we have only one employee at chennai who is Covered under ESIC act. my confusion is that can we take sub code for one employee or we can pay it in ahmedabad. please guide.

Sir, I think, now ESIC has allowed online link of such action like issue of code number or sub-code number. You can contact the nearest office of ESIC at Chennai and discuss the issue with them. Though you can make payment of contribution at any place including at Ahmedabad, but the insured person can avail benefits only if he may be having insurance number of Chennai and registered with ESIS dispensary as may be allotted by the Branch office of ESIC, Chennai.. Therefore, in my opinion, it is better to get sub-code of appropriate region of ESIC and get your employee registered with the branch office of ESIC at Chennai.

U can go ahead for subcode for one employee in chennai.
Otherwise u can pay his contribution from Ahmedabad and change his dispensary ti his nearest place in chennai for his medical benefit. But he has to approach his parent branch office in Ahmedabad for financial benefit.

They where telling to submit one letter to ESIC Branch to change subcode pandichery location to Chennai.
Can you please suggest what the letter i need to submit in esic office.

While creating ESIC subcode need to mention authorized mail id.
IF Suppose instead of authorization mail id will summit another person mail id he/she may get mail from ESIC portal with username & password.
After generating username & password identified the wrong mail.
shall we create another subcode with same mail id ...whether if created it is right/wrong.
If it correct we can use same subcode to pay the ESIC amount.
can you suggest plz.
i am not aware about more ESIC.
