Due to low performance I got fired from one indian mnc. I have worked for 3months. I'm totally confused now. While applying to new companies should I mention this experience or not. If not how they can track that I have worked for company. Even what about my pf a/c. From uan or pf no can they track I have worked for any comapny.
Please help me I'm at intial stage and don't know what to do now. Please help me.

You need not mention this experience in your resume as it will lead to the obvious question as to why did you leave this job.
No one has that much time to track all this information. Just go ahead and apply in new companies and give it your best shot.

Since you worked as a trainee for only 3 months, did the employer deduct pf? If so, they would have created a pf account for you and the money deducted along with employer's contribution would have been remitted. If in the new employment, you do not want to show this, then the pf money , you will have to forego.

@bmktts I have pf a/c and they have deducted from my salay. I don't want pf amount. So can I have new pf a/c. For old a/c can I terminate it so that no one never get know that I worked before. What about uan no. I don't know my uan no, even not sure it is generated or not. Please let me know what should I do to start new start.
